See külalistemaja paikneb vaikses kohas, São Vicentest 1 km kaugusel. Kõikidest tubadest avaneb lummav visuaalne põgenemine Atlandi ookeanile. Palmipuudega aias on ümmargune laguun, kust avaneb pilgupüüdja veele. Kõik majutusasutuse Estalagem do Mar ruumid on privaatse terrassi või rõduga ning soojades punastes ja rohelistes toonides sisustatud. Tubades on satelliittelevisioon ning privaatne vannituba koos vanni ja dušiga. Külalised saavad lõõgastuda aias lamamistoolidel või külastada soojendusega sisebasseini, kus on saun ja mullivann. Aktiivsemad külalised saavad mängida tennist, kasutada jõusaali või rentida mägijalgrattaid. Restoranis Estalagem serveeritakse rahvusvahelisi ja kohalikke roogasid. do Mari restorani suurtest akendest avaneb horisont ookeanile ja mägedele. Baarist avanevad panoraamvaated ning seal on kamin, mis hoiab külalised talvel soojas. Ööpäevaringselt avatud vastuvõtt võib korraldada lennujaamatransporti Madeira rahvusvahelisse lennujaama, mis on 50 km kaugusel. Ajalooline São Vicente kabel, kust avaneb dekoratsioon São Vicente orule, on 200 meetri kaugusel.

"Best place we have stayed in Madeira. Beautiful location between the mountains and the sea. Nice hotel, good amenities, nothing fancy but perfect for a family. Pools are perfect for kids. The chance of relax and having a drink near the rough sea is memorable. Food at restaurant is tasty and the staff is very kind."

"Quiet, clean, comfy, friendly, good breakfast that has everything one could think of. Hikers of the fisherman trail should consider the small detour to reach this outstanding place. We hitched there and the very friendly hosts drove us back the next morning (~2km)."
