"Check in process was amazing. The gentleman on the front desk was friendly and helpful, even walked us to the lift. Any questions were fully answered with ease and knowledge. Even though it was noisy outside the soundproofing was great we had a good nights sleep. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. Perfect location. Would stay again."

"Central location in downtown Lisbon. Easy walk to attractions and public transport for getting around the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast and on site restaurant for dinner if you didn’t want to go out after a ling day of sightseeing"

"Bedrooms at front of hotel affected by some street noise late at night/early hours. Hotel is located next to theatres, music was on loop with one of them, into the evening. Late night revellers noisy at times as location is a thoroughfare to restaurants & bars. Would have liked the option to pay a bit extra hire a kettle in the standard room (only for superior rooms at the moment)."
