Hiljuti renoveeritud hotellikompleks Umu positsioneeritud Santarémi traditsiooniliste valgete hoonete keskel. Külalised saavad tasuta WiFi-ühendust kasutada. Ribeira park, kust avaneb visuaalne põgenemine Tejo jõele, paikneb 3 km kaugusel. Hotelli Umu rõduga tubades on lihtne korraldus ja konditsioneer. Kõigis tubades on ka lameekraaniga televiisor, kaabeltelevisioon ning kirjutuslaud. Privaatsetes vannitubades on olemas föön. Restorani elegantses söögisaalis, millel on maast laeni aknad, serveeritakse iga päev värsket hommikueinet Rootsi lauas. Jooke saab nautida päikeseterrassi laudade ääres või baaris. Külalised võivad päeval jalutada Santarémi vanalinna, kus on palju gooti kirikuid, nende hulgas ka 2 km kaugusel paiknev São João de Alporão kirik. Santarémi raudteejaam jääb 2,6 km kaugusele. Kohapeal on võimalik tasuta parkida. Lissaboni Portela rahvusvaheline lennujaam on hotellist 50-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel.

"It's a very good hotel located inside Santarém, and a short ride to the events and business center. Perfect for a business stay. The breakfast had all standard Continental breakfast items, including some better cheeses. Very good for what I would expect from this hotel."

"Just a suggestion, Breakfast was good, but could do with some more choice of hot food, it was the same hot food for three days we were there. Lots of disturbance one early morning... for over an hour..a group of people outside the hotel checking in.... understand staff on duty couldn't do anything about it. But overall the stay was good 😊"

"The location -walking distance to the beach was great. Peaceful atmosphere, very chill. Very well equipped with everything you need. Magnificent views from the room. Friendly staff, although it was off-season so everything was a little slow."

"Cosy room.in a traditional old farm building. The table by the swimming pool had a fabulous vista down the valley to Vizela and beyond; perfect for watching the sunset directly ahead whilst bats fly around and sipping the delicious wine made by the family. We regret not bringing some home! The owner went the extra mile for us, for example taking our laundry and ironing even in the middle of a heatwave"

The rooms are just OK—clean and comfortable but little charm. Would definitely stay here again. Happily accomodated our bicycles in a secure room. Overall—super, just super!"
