Monte da Choça peitub São Teotónio maapiirkonnas 20 hektari suurusel maa-alal. Kohapeal on välisoojendusega bassein ja tüüpilise Alentejo arhitektuuriga majutusruumid. Avalikes kohtades on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Kõikides majutusruumides on maalähedases stiilis sisekujundus, kaldlaed ja kamin. Väikeses kalasadamas Azenha do Maris, mis paiknev 12-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel, on mereandide ja kaladega tegelevad gurmeerestoranid. Meelelahutuseks on aias hiiglaslik malelaud ning külalised saavad tutvuda majutusasutuse peidetud radadega. Pärast lauatennist saab lõõgastuda välivälibasseinis, kus on lamamistoolid ja päikesevarjud. 6 km raadiuses on palju Atlandi ookeani randu. Odeceixe ja Zambujeira do Mar on 12 km kaugusel.

"Great and beautiful place. Very well-kept property and apartments. The owner clearly cares for his guests and his place. We absolutely loved our stay and regretted that we only stayed for 4 nights. Our apartment was very well equipped. Although not too spacy, it was well organized and especially the kitchen contained everything you need. Our kids loved the pool and the spacious property with lots to explore. Last but not least, the farm animals and especially the 3 super friendly dogs were the highlight for them. Place is close to beautiful beaches but still in total tranquility. 100% recommendation for everyone, who is looking for a quiet and friendly place with a nice family touch."

"Our family really enjoyed our stay, after 5 nights we were all sad to leave. The cottages had everything we needed to cook with, the beds were really comfy, the pool clean and well cared for and the friendly animals made our teenagers very happy. We spent the days learning to surf and enjoying the sun on the beach & our evenings chatting to Rudolfo & other guests plus some outdoor giant chess which apparently is a spectator sport :)."

"I really enjoyed it so much. It was great to calm down for a while. Even it there is not a lot around to reach by walk - there is a lot on the property itself. So many cute and lovely details. A bonus is the hiking area around. Lovely animals as well how love to cuddle. Thanks a lot! Would highly recommend it."
