Disainhotell Pocinhobay asetseb väikeses lahe ääres Assoori Pico saarel. Hotellis on individuaalselt sisustatud hubased pesad, kust avaneb horisont Faiali saarele. Madalena küla jääb 10-minutilise autosõidu kaugusele. Igas toas on ainulaadne stiil, milles on ühendatud maalähedased elemendid ja trendikas disain. Lisaks kiviseintele ja puidust lagedele on tubades ka allergikutele sobivad padjad ja tekid. Tasuta WiFi-ühendus on pealegi olemas. Iga päev serveeritakse hommikusööki Rootsi lauas. 10 km raadiuses on restoranid, kus pakutakse värskeid mereande ja tüüpilisi toite. Pocinhobay meeskond võib korraldada sukeldumist ja kalapüüki Atlandi rannal, mis jääb 20 meetri kaugusele. Pico saar pakub ideaalset vaadet linnu- ja vaalavaatlusele. Pocinhobay peitub Pico saare Viniculture'i maastikul ning pakub rahulikku keskkonda. Pico lennujaam on 30-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel. Kohapeal on tasuta parkla.

The pool area is stunning with a great ocean view and there is plenty of space to lounge and enjoy the view, even on a rainy day. We loved it and would definitely come back to this unique and wonderful place. The nespresso coffee was not included in the original offering but was kindly offered by the owners to us."

"Pocinhobay ligt op een schitterende locatie aan de zee met een strand voor het hotel. Aan de overkant van het water zie je Horta. Je bent hier temidden van de oude lava wijngaarden. Op dit landgoed maakt de eigenaar zelf ook heerlijke wijn. De hotelkamers zijn losse ruime huisjes en waanzinnig mooi ingericht. De ontbijtruimte is sfeervol en het ontbijt is geweldig. Er is een lekker zwembad en een heerlijk terras waar je in luxe stoelen van de ondergaande zon kunt genieten. De eigenaren van het hotel zijn heel erg behulpzaam en bieden je een persoonlijke begeleiding."

The table by the swimming pool had a fabulous vista down the valley to Vizela and beyond; perfect for watching the sunset directly ahead whilst bats fly around and sipping the delicious wine made by the family.
